Ingredients:
Fresh Blackberries
Fresh Strawberries
Fresh Raspberries
Fresh Blueberries
Fresh Mangos
Fresh Pears
Fresh Bananas (not too ripe)
Dice larger fruit, mix with berries and toss. For
a sweet touch, mix topping (shown below) and
drizzle over fruit before serving or leave a bowl
on the table for guests to use as desired.
Topping:
1 medium cool whip
1 block of cream cheese
1 can of Eagle Brand’s sweetened condensed milk
Mix together softened cream cheese, condensed milk and cool whip. Pistachios, pecans, and almonds are great add-ins too!

Pumpkin Pie Cheesecake
Graham Cracker Crust
4 ounces cream cheese
1 T milk
2 T sugar
1 reg can pumpkin
2 small french vanilla puddings
2 C milk
1/2 t cinnamon
1/4 t ground cloves
1/4 t ginger
1 medium cool whip
Mix together cream cheese, sugar, one tablespoon milk and one cup of cool whip. Spread on bottom of graham cracker crust. Then mix two cups milk with the two packages of french vanilla pudding and blend until very thick. Add can of pumpkin and spices and mix well. Spread this on top of cream cheese layer. Spread cool whip on top of pie. Refrigerate.

Chocolate Delight
Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut the butter into the flour with a pastry blender or two knives, until mixture resembles coarse meal. Stir in pecans, press into bottom of a 9x13-inch baking dish and bake 15 minutes, or until golden. Cool completely.
Combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and 1 cup whipped topping with electric mixer until smooth. In a separate bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mix, vanilla pudding mix and milk until there are no lumps. Combine cream cheese mixture and milk mixture and stir until smooth. Pour onto cooled crust. Spread remaining 2 cups of whipped topping on top of pudding mixture. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts over all. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
